CROWNS, TASTINGS AND BIBLE BOXES

Writer: Juanita HughesJuanita Hughes

6th May was the day of the Coronation but the show must go on. So I did a Coronation Pick 'n' Mix in our Village Hall Local Producer's Market. We were able to watch the ceremony live but with a jazz band playing the the background. At the actual moment when the crown went onto King Charles' head I was eating a Samosa from the next door table and listening to "moon river"!

A return visit to Bucksum Farm Shop then followed on a much warmer and dryer day than I had experienced previously. My nostalgic 'Pick 'n' Mix fudge went down quite well.

Then I had a chance to do a tasting session at our local Garden Centre who are now stocking my fudge. Thanks to Haddenham Garden Centre I enjoyed meeting lots of fudge lovers who I hope will become return customers.

Then finally I have introduced a new product in my shop - Bulembu Bible Verse Boxes - raising money for the charity I used to run. Take a look!
